That's the question I tackled this week in place of my usual cage match. As you'll see from the article (https://dobberhockey.com/hockey-home...slump-a-thing/) I looked through data for two dozen defensemen over the past 20 years not just to see how many slumped (or didn't), but also to try and find out why they did or didn't slump, in hopes of giving insight to poolies hoping to predict how future rookie defensemen will fare in their second season.
