Solid draft.. Your write ups have me sold.. I want all those players now, except for Ryan Miller.. HaHa..
First 10 picks were keepers so don't get hung up on the order. 12-teams- G, A, PIM, +/-, Blks, Hits, FOW, PPP, W, L, GAA, SV%
99 for life
1. (10) John Tavares (Tor - C)
2. (15) Nicklas Backstrom (Was - C)
3. (34) Joe Pavelski (SJ - C,RW)
4. (39) Drew Doughty (LA - D)
5. (58) Wayne Simmonds (Phi - RW)
6. (63) John Carlson (Was - D)
7. (82) Jaden Schwartz (StL - LW)
8. (87) Ryan O'Reilly (StL - C)
9. (106) Anders Lee (NYI - LW)
10. (111) Frederik Andersen (Tor - G)
This is where the draft started.
11. (130) Antti Raanta (Ari - G) HUGE goalie run started the draft. I had the 10th pick. Took a gamble. Could of had Lundy.
12. (135) Pierre-Luc Dubois (Cls - C,LW)
13. (154) J.T. Miller (TB - C,RW) LOVE THIS PICK. Nearly took him at #135.
14. (159) Mark Stone (Ott - RW) Hope he gets traded before the fantasy playoffs. Is he really gonna get 60 pts in Ottawa?
15. (178) Jake Muzzin (LA - D) Best D available. Dobber had him at #45 for his league.
16. (183) Nick Schmaltz (Chi - C,LW) Upside of 60 pts while playing with Kane. FOW at the LW spot. Sure, a little bit of a homer pick.
17. (207) Charlie Coyle (Min - C,RW) 131 rated in this league.
18. (226) Elias Lindholm (Cgy - C,RW) 103 rated in this league by Dobber. He projects him for 60 pts. Getting him at pick 226? Yes please.
19. (231) Colin Miller (VGK - D) Best D available according to league projections.
20. (247) Ryan Miller (Anh - G) Meh- I hate drafting goalies. At least if this turns out wrong I can blame Dobber. Best rated goalie left.
21. (250) Josh Morrissey (Wpg - D) Rated 89 for this league.
22. (255) David Perron (StL - LW) At least when my Schwartz goes down Perron will get prime deployment.
I like my draft but as always I will be looking for a goalie that emerges.

Zorro says "vote for Dobber"
Angus is my best friend at dobberhockey..
Thanks. I really like my draft especially after I look at the other teams. Since the league added hits guys like Simmonds, PLD, Lee, and Miller get a nice added boost to their value. Love waiting on D and getting a couple 40-pt guys with solid hits and blocks (Muzzin and Miller). And my last pick, Perron, was nearly a pt/game player last year and like I said before, it does give me a little protection for Schwartz and his anticipated injury.
