How much of a downgrade is Elliot from Smith?
How much of an upgrade is Schneider over Smith?

Would you rather have Smith/Hutton as your 2/3 OR Hutton/Lehner as your 2/3?

With just wins and shutouts, I like Smith over all these other options, and I don't really like Smith in general. Elliot might do all right for wins, but likely starts 50 games max. Schneider is coming off an injury and may need time to regain form, if he can even get back to what he was a couple years ago- I'm also pretty bearish on NJ this year.

I don't see Elliot as a downgrade. Smith will likely see his fair share of time on the IR this year. I'm in the bounce back camp of Elliott this year. 2nd yr with an improving team.

Personally, I'd rather have Lehner/Hutton as my 2-3. by the sounds of your post, you need to package some variation of these goalies with other assets and go get a bona-fide #1 goalie.

Smith would be my choice between those 3. I also see Lehner having a bounce back season.
