Default 9th Pick, where do you go?

Got 9th pick in my draft in a week. League is in the signature below and up until yesterday I was pretty set on taking Benn and Hedman on the turn.

With peripheral stats prevalent in the league I feel confident on these as opposed to higher ranked players like Forsberg, Stamkos, Kane, Matthews etc. who will likely be available come those picks.

I'm now a trying to weigh up the value of Burns, Karlsson and Hedman for one of those picks. I'm still leaning towards Hedman with Tampa being such a settled team and the categories in play but wanted to get other people's view?

Adjustment period for Karlsson at SJ? Seamless transition? Impact on Burns? Playing time impacted?

Karlsson is still the top D in my mind until we learn otherwise.
