    Probably not with his small salaries, and LTIR eligibility. Franzen never went to Arizona, but that's likely due to LTIR eligibility.

    That’s exactly what makes these players appealing to cap floor teams though, higher cap hit at a low $$$ amount per year. Franzen would be a good candidate too now that his actual salary is only $1 mill.
