For the league in Sig, I finished 1st in regular season last year and I expect to still be a contender.
I have been offered my Andrei Vasilevskiy and my 2019 1st round pick (2019 prospects picks) for his Martin Jones and Phil Kessel.
I firmly believe that Vasy will be the number one ranked goaler over the 5 next seasons, am I crazy to think so?
Jones is an average goalie and Kessel is a very good RW but he has zero peripherals outside of shots.
Should I pull the trigger? I don't think so, but I am not sure.
If no, what do you think would be a fair return for Vasy?

Big no for me ! Vasi’s value is sky high, he’s only 24 and TB will be contending for a lot of years with their core.

As a Vasy owner, this sums it up nicely. I’d need an elite forward / D coming back to even consider a deal. Plus Schneider is a risky play, so you’d be weakening your goaltending for a marginal upgrade at RW.Originally Posted by FrozenInferno

The guy tried again to do a trade after I refused his initial offer.
He now offers his Kucherov, his Martin Jones and Wennberg for my Vasy, MacKinnon and a my 1st round pick.....
Talk about a bad trade... Kuch is elite, Jones is a useful goalier, but really not in the same tier as Vasy. And I wouldn't touch Wennberg with a ten feet pole!
But I would really love to land Kuch... without giving Vasy..

I disagree that Jones is an average goalie, he's solidly above average, but still not close to a deal.
