Given his age and likely decline I would rather go with Panarin who is in his prime right now. There is also the possibility he gets moved back to Chicago which will raise his value slightly. I just don't trust Burns longevity at this point in the game.

He wouldn't be a bad pick imo but I'd rather go with the higher upside player. At 29 years old and his playing style, not sure if we will see any more 80+ pt seasons in him. Panarin put up those impressive numbers this past season while getting little help. After bread-man, the highest point totals on his team were 57 - 48 - 46.

I agree completely.
Especially taking into consideration your Rantanen pick, why choose a 21 yr old forward to then draft a 33 yr old defenseman.
Try to have a bit of plan for your dynasty team with the direction of it. Don't be too all over the place with the ages.
That's not to say completely avoid anyone over 30 (it all depends on where you are in the draft), but if there's another alternative that makes more sense for the present AND future I would go in that direction.
That would be my advise.
If Panarin is available for your next pick I would take him.
