[2018] Dobber NFL Wins Pool

Like I said that is just my projections. There are two teams that you drafted that you value significantly higher than me. And its the NFL its a crapshoot every year!

Vegas is a bit conservative. I have MIN at 11-12 wins BUT they're thin outside of Rudolph Diggs Theilen (who's now hurt) Cook (who's always hurt) anywho Vegas has 'em at 10. I also have DEN one/two higher as well. All-n-All Vegas has me at 32 wins. We shall see.

Caveat this is the first year I draft teams on my own w/out looking at the pros first. That did me no good in years past.

I think there's a stat that Vegas has been within 5-10% of their guesses on the NFL win totals over the last 5yrs. I can't remember the exact stat, but they are always very close to each teams guess. I forget what team it was (maybe Buffalo) but they were the highest difference in guess to actual outcome with like 4 more wins.

The lines always end up pretty close overall by the end since the pros tend to bet them into the right spots.

Ya Im sure that's true..but regardless every year there are teams that have inflated win totals because they are "bigger markets" . Ive bet the Chicago under for the past 3 years and have been very successful. I plan to do the same this year with Dallas.

Nah.... the Bills are going to win in week 8.... against the patriots. Its the prototypical trap game.

Patriots play the Bears, Bills, Packers in week 7,8,9.

Two out of conference matchups for the Patriots to prepare for on either side of the Bills... One team with a really good Defense in the bears and one with a guy named Rodgers. Lots of planning will be put into those games, the Bills in the middle could get overlooked and BAM!!!

Okay.. its hopeful thinking.

Save your spreadsheet as an image and then upload it to a image site e.g. imgur etc. Then copy the forum code, paste on here and voila! That's how I did the baseball one.

Also, just wondering - I know it's wins only but will ties factor in at all? Maybe if there's a tiebreaker? I'm proud of my Browns and want them recognised.
