You would be selling low now because everyone else only sees the Ottawa tire fire too.
I would hold for now.
What do you see Chabot's upside potential to be? I was very high on him, when I thought of him learning the NHL game alongside Erik Karlsson, however that won't be the case, and with the entire organization looking more like a tire fire, than the team that was an OT goal from going to the 2017 Stanley Cup Finals. How badly will his fantasy upside be affected by being with Ottawa? Should I look to divest myself and get what I can, while his potential value is still fairly high?
Thanks,
Puck

Chabot is an offensive stud in the making. He can definitely realize it in Ottawa. This team constantly surprises. If/when (I believe when) Karlsson leaves, it won't be easy, but it will provide opportunity, just watch out for that plus/minus!

Should Dahlin owners "sell high" just because Buffalo has been bad for ages? I don't like that idea either...

Agreed, I think Chabot can hold his own - if Karlsson does leave it increases his ice time (you'd think) and he'd be a key piece in any rebuild. Karlsson stays and that's got major positives too. Either way I'd hold.

I wouldn't be selling him now. In fact, probably a great time to try and get him now.
Hold on! Kid has 50 point upside
A bad spot is Chabot in Nashville. A good spot is Chabot in Ottawa. No Karlsson just opens up the opportunity. I don't care how bad Ottawa is, somebody on that team will need to score...
I have no issues with selling Chabot, just don't sell for less than he is worth.
you'd be selling him for pennies on the dollar... bad timing, horrific timing. You must hold.
