Decade of Dobber
Yesterday was the 10th anniversary of my joining this forum. Since I first discovered it, this site has become the #1 place I go for hockey info - even if it's not directly related to fantasy. The guides are a necessity for me every year and they pay for themselves multiple times over.
This is a great community (fluff notwithstanding) and I hope to be here 10 years from now talking about my 20th anniversary on the site!
Thanks to Dobber and everyone for making this what it is.

Man, has the site and product grown so much since then. I know it has made a world of a difference for me in fantasy hockey and has made watching hockey that much more enjoyable, due to all the knowledge gained from here. It's also made me a big fan of junior hockey, since so many prospects are discussed here. There is a lot for Dobber and his evolving team to be proud of around here.

Zorro, that is only the start of the vbulletin version of the forum. You joined that in Feb 2007 like a lot of the old schoolers. That is the month that Dobber released the new forum. I'm pretty sure you were around for a least a few years before that.

Crazy. I stumbled across this site in May 2007 and signed up shortly after finding it. I don't post on any other forum for anything. This community is simply awesome.

When I first joined 5 years ago, I just planned on writing a team audit then not coming back again but decided to keep talking hockey with you guys. Cheers buddy. Couldn't agree with you more. It's been really nice getting to know so many of you, especially during my time in leagues like the UHL and during my time as a mod as well.
What I've really enjoyed as well is seeing some of the forum members rise the ranks and become integral members of the Dobberhockey operations. Guys like Laidlaw and Eric were some of the first ones to make me feel welcome in this community. Just wish more of the good eggs had stuck around a bit longer, like Gates, dyz, and DeanYoungblood.

Just celebrated my 11th anniversary and have only posted the last couple of years but Dobber's guides (pro & prospect) and this forum are my go-to sites for fantasy hockey advice. IMO nothing better out there on the web.

This made me think and I actually have no idea how I came across the site or the forum. It must have been through HF boards at first, which is a crazy place (or was, I should say). I cross-referenced this site with the Hockeysfuture site itself, which I really liked, but its boards were just, yeah...
