I think that Carter's best days are behind him, due to age and the litany of injuries he's faced over the years. Probably he's my drop among those you listed.
which guy is likely not to deliver value for the caphit in the upcoming season?
Im in cap crunch.
Im dropping all my D except Karlsson and Sergachev.
Also thinking of dumping (trading for a bag of pucks) Lundquist cuz Im stuck with Scarey. Thoughts on that?

With hits and blks as categories I would think McNabb and Johns would be of value to you. Especially since you're going to have a lot of D slots to fill anyways.
Of the forwards, 100% you should be keeping Palmieri.
I would dump Carter of the guys you listed. Though I could be tempted to keep Johns over JVR too.
Any chance you could make a trade or two?

JVR is in tough in a cap league. I'd almost drop him before Carter. If you have to drop 2, I guess they would be the 2 for me. Tough part of cap leagues is simply dropping players who have huge cap hits and don't produce.
