Theodore and Spooner

Any estimates as to the contracts of the following:

Ryan Spooner(2 years, 3-4m AAV)
Shea Theodore(3 years, 2.5-3.5AAV)

I think you're in the right range for Spooner, although he might sign only for a year, especially if he makes it to arbitration. Theodore won't be able to get more than Miller if he signs anything long term, so he'll opt for a 2 year bridge probably at an AAV in the lower half of the range you gave.

I think a Theodore bridge deal is closer to the 3M... I can see that happening. Two years, 2.75 and 3M. Total 5.75.

Well.....I was in the range on Spooner, albeit the high end unfortunately for my cap league.

Yeah Im waiting on the Theodore signing and haven't heard anything, and the clock is ticking...

I would guess he signs something similar to Montour's contract, between 3-4 mil salary for 2 years.
