What profile page?
Necas' profile page lists him as a RW but his write-up describes him as the C that Carolina desperately needs.
Anyone know if this guy is a natural Centre or RW??
Cheers!

From what I remember reading about him he is a center and should be a center going forward. Sounds like he is a well-rounded player which should give him the ability to play C.
He is referring to his Dobber Prospects profile page.... https://dobberprospects.com/player/martin-necas/
Right on. I wasn't sure if he was referring to Carolina's profile page, NHL.com, here, or one of the many other options out there.
I am pretty sure he was drafted as a center and Carolina sees him as one as well. No guarantee he starts there in the NHL because as we have seen, it's easier to acclimatize yourself to the league on the wing then down the middle but I do believe he gets to the center position eventually.

I've always heard they wanted him to be the #1 C going forward
I just fixed his position at the DobberProspects site. He's a natural center and expected to be Carolina's #1C going forward. He might start at wing because that's how most forwards enter the league, though.
