Aho vs Point-Who do you like?

Sebastian Aho and Brayden point. 2 great young players. Similar point totals over their first 2 seasons. Aho is one year younger.

I think Point might be the better player, but is behind a couple of monster players. Aho is one of the top options on his team.

What does the Dobber community think? Who would you rather own?

I think Aho because he IS the guy. Point however will get top line minutes also I sense; including PP.

In points only, I prefer Aho. He is a year younger and he will be playing a bigger offensive role on his team compared to Point who is a secondary scorer behind the likes of the Kucherov and Stamkos line.

Aho produced at a similar rate to Point this season despite being a year younger and playing the wing which usually leads to less touches on the puck and less points.

Rumor is that the Canes were planning on using Aho at C this year, it remains to be seen if Rod the Bod believes that or if it was a Peters idea but the fact remains that Carolina is thin on top talent down the middle so if this does come to pass there will be many more opportunities for Aho to rack up the points aside from just the natural boost that comes from moving into his prime.

Both should be great options, I see more upside to Aho though as of now.
