My goalies are Darling/Ward/S. Mason (yea eww) so Raanta would become my best G (but I love Samsonov's upside).

I came in 3rd last season but feel my team over performed.

That'd be tough to trade Samsonov.

I would ask him what he wants for just Raanta. (JVR and Radulov could be a wash, and I'm assuming you don't really need the prospect). I'd be focusing on the one piece you actually need.

What does the rest of your team look like? If you have a shot to win in the next three years with Raanta, I'd at least consider this. If you don't, then moving Samsonov makes no sense to me.

Look for other deals. I honestly don't like this one for you. I don't think Raanta moves the needle enough for what you are giving up.

You really should be focusing on getting a goalie. Raanta is an option, but perhaps there is a better trade partner out there for you. If not, then try if possible to tweak the deal a bit to get Raanta. He won't be a huge upgrade for you, but if you stick with what you've got, you will have a hard time winning many goalie categories next year (all three of your current goalies will likely be backups next season).
