    Default E Svechnikov or Yamamoto

In a points only league, who do you like better for the future and do you think either will make an impact next year?
    Thanks.

    I’ll take Andrei instead
I’d take Yamamoto over Evgeny Svechnikov. Yamamoto, best case scenario ends up on mcdavids wing and if not more than likely with Draisaitl. Not a bad place to be.

I also lean Yamamoto; and it wouldn't surprise if both were a year away from full time deployment at the NHL level.

Yamamoto for me as well. The Oilers leaving Wahlstrom on the board tells me they are happy with Yamamoto as their top RW prospect and could go after their other need. I also worry about Svech’s regression in his age 21 season last year and the fact the Wings got Zadina puts more doubt in my mind.

I dunno...I like Yammo but I kinda like ESvech here. Zadina plays LW and if he ends up on a line with ESvech...they will fill the nets..

I like both a lot and do think Svechnikov still has a lot to prove in Detroit. I am certainly not writing him off like others are willing to do.

That being said, I do agree Shift Disturber when he says that the Oilers like Yamamoto a lot and to me, I like his surrounding cast more.

    Yamamoto for me here too.

Another vote for Yamamoto. Might take him a couple more years to break out yet but the upside is there.
