I'd put Tkachuck at 4 or 5 and Hughes at 6 or 7. I always have trouble taking Dmen high because their development time take so much longer than Forwards. I know that trend hasn't been as noticeable the last few years though. I'm not buying into Tkachuck being an elite prospect but he will be a cross cat filler that are few and far between. I do believe QH is an elite D prospect so I guess it comes down to your gut and which player you think fills your team better.
