I was, honestly, surprised to see Boqvist at 7. I don't think it will happen in real life.

Boqvist could drop all the way to #10. The top 10 this year is wide open after Dahlin and Svechnikov. I could see a bunch of players going at #3. Many of them could also drop to #10. But I don't see anyone outside the top 10 cracking the top 10 at this point. I think the names there are set but order could be anything.
(I'm finalizing my personal mock draft right now and actually have Boqvist dropping to #10 at the moment.)

If I had to choose a surprise faller it would be Tkachuk. Older, uninspiring numbers, and he'll have to improve his skating.

I agree. I think the 10 that are picked in this draft will be the same 10 in the actual draft but anything's possible. Who knows how much someone like Veleno or Hayton (for example) might go simply because a team may want a center over a D. A kid like Ty Smith might go over some of the forwards as well.
About the only thing I am confident in is the top three picks. After that, who knows. It's actually nice seeing a lot of differential in the 1st round after the top few picks go. It makes it for a much more interesting draft to watch when you really have no clue who might go when or where.
