I hate how the Jets went away so quietly tonight, but who knows when they got back home last night, and when they had to head out in the morning. They probably just want to rest and regroup. Should be a better game on Tuesday.

I also didn't care for the officiating in the first half of this game. Weak calls against both teams. Maybe the refs wanted to avoid flair ups after the way the last game ended, but yuck.

I would be shocked as well too... but its the NHL playoffs... I have been shocked by new of a player playing in the playoffs when I didn't think they would.

Remember the last time that Chicago won the cup... no one expected P. Kane to play in game 1 round 1 because he hadn't even been close... and he was in there for it.

Suspended? Morrissey should get jail time for that. A straight up two-hand crosscheck to the neck? My goodness.

But, yes. I think he'll get at least 1. Although he's gonna to insist he was trying to push him out of the crease and slipped, which could be legit, Morrissey isn't a cheap shot like that.

Looks like Ehlers didn't take the warm-up skate. Hendricks did. Ugh!! Hendricks might help the penalty kill, but it sucks that Ehlers is out. Hopefully it's nothing serious.
