So right now you have 5 active D man that are playing in the NHL and you need to count 6...
You have some great upcoming D-men in Bean and Makar and you are drafting Dahlin...
I might make the move to add Matheson if you can get a small upgrade in draft pick by trading Juolevi.
You want to make sure you have enough counting D men.
But on the big picutre look you have a lot of young players... I would maybe prefer to trade Dumba and wait a couple years until all your players are in the NHL

I don't know if Juolevi will ever play in the NHL. Probably and with your very young lineup, i think that you can use patience with him.
