Free Stattracker????

Anyone know of any sort of Firefox addon etc that works like Stattracker (aside from the previously mentioned one)?

I am using 3.0.3 FF and \"free\" stattracker works fine for me, aside from not showing P and FW



At the very right, click on \"Show stats\" and a pop up will appear showing all the up to date stats.



As I mentioned before, I can\'t seem to get P and FW to show up. I have tried to edit the script but when I click on edit, it asks me to locate the file and I have no clue where it is.

First I\'ll say I\'ve always had problems with with the points category anyways, it doesn\'t seem to show up or work right, but I\'m hoping it will be fixed in the new version soon, and if its not I could probably fix it up myself if its not too hard.

As for finding the file, sorry I\'m using linux, but hopefully the path should be roughly the same in windows. You\'ll want to navigate to the firefox folder, probablly in program files, then from there to your default profile which will probably be a folder with a bunch of random letters and numbers, then fine the folder named \"gm_scripts\" (grasemonkey), and then finally yous hold be able to find the yahoo fantasy .js script where you can edit the file. If you need more help editing, I can help. If the folders aren\'t the same on windows, try exploring a bit, but it should be similar.

Also, mister mcgoo, the button should compeltely replace the current stattracker button, if it doesn\'t, then greasemonkey probably isn\'t activated. You can tell, it should be in the bottom right of your browser.

I completely misunderstood how it was supposed to work, I\'m sorry...I got it working now. I\'ll tweak the script and see if I can get it working for all the cats (our league has a ton!). I\'ll post it somewhere you can all grab it if I get it working. Thanx for clarifying Anonymous!

The script should automatically grab all of your leagues scoring categories, so you shouldn\'t worry about modifying it unless you would like some extras. I like to see my players time on ice for curiosity and the number of shots and saves my goalie has made, also to feed y curiosity.

ok, I\'ve tweaked it to fix some of the bugs (like Pts not showing up and GA showing up twice). I also added TOI because I like to be able to see the ice time my players are getting. Follow all of Anonymous\'s instructions to get greasemonkey installed first then you can grab the updated script from HERE

Also, for those who wish to edit the script directly themselves and aren\'t able to find where it saves the damn things on Windows the default path is:

C:\\\\Documents and Settings\\\\[yourusername]\\\\Application Data\\\\Mozilla\\\\Firefox\\\\Profiles\\\\[yourprofilename]\\\\gm_scripts

Note: this is for Windows XP and the parts enclosed in square brackets will be specific to your machine. Enjoy!

anyone having troubles with free stattracker..it seems to only be posting G, A +/-, PIm and sh%?

hey joos, by default it will post the categories that your league uses, so if on you r team page it only has G, A, PIM +- thats all that will show up unless you tweak it. My javascript is pretty good so if want me to customize one for ya I will just post your email

its been working fine before when the real stat tracker was on the trail version and i guess starting today you had to pay. but now it only those those stats when they my leagues have much more stats and doesn\'t even use sh%.

I actually got all the stats to show up by editing the script. but is there a way for it to automatically change which sstats it shows depending on the league?

RIght now i had to input manually all the stats i wanted when some of my leagues dont use them, they still show up...problem isnt that bad, just kinda annoying lol

hmmm its sounds like it might just not be resetting if you flip between leagues like I do, and I notuiced this earlier tonight because I flipped between 2 leagues...one that has the full gamut of stats G, A, P, +-, PIM, SOG, FW, PPG, PPA, etc etc, you get the idea and my other league is simple pts league, once I went to the latter it got stuck on that. I susepct if you just restart your browser, always look at the one with more stats first it will work fine...then restart if it gets locked in

When i downloaded the script, the included pages section, had this in it:

and still nothing! Does anyone have something different then these two links?
