Unsure if Nurse is still on / stays on 1 PP. Don't follow EDM but read Klef is already back on the top PP. I know everyone has given up on him but his SOG numbers aren't bad and EDM PP has to click eventually.
All that said I would grab Theo now

ROS, I'll take Miller. Vegas is set to make a solid playoff push, whereas Edmonton have a better chance of being sellers next month. Give me the player whose team isn't in the tank, and who has outperformed so far.
Keeper/Dynasty, Nurse would take it, but for ROS it's not close for me.

That's a harder question really. Miller has been outperforming Theodore even though Theo has better minutes and holds the PP1 spot where as Miller is PP2. I own both and slap myself every week I start Theo and bench Miller because Miller just keeps on producing at a better rate. Yeah, at this point Vegas is just rolling so well that their two PP units don't change a ton of the value that Miller and Theodore have. They're both great options, but for whatever reason, Miller is outperforming Theodore at this point, so I'd go with him.
