longterm i like Yandle but for this season i like Carle
lookin for a IR replacement for eric johnson - more concerned w/ future upside then production this year ( though i would hope for 30 points from both ) carle has had an excellent camp from all reports ive seen but havent been able to get much info on yandle other then boxscores...i know yandle is a little cock blocked by jovo on the pp this year but i imagne will see his share of pp minutes- anyway, who do u guys like better long term?

go with carle, 3-5 yr better upside, after that Yandle probably will be stellar, so i guess how long-term you want.

Letang in a heartbeat... He will be the go to guy in Pitts for most of the year, and may have the highest long term upside of the bunch....
You don\'t think Letang has breakout potential this year and a long term future as a big time defender in the NHL? My oath, the fantasy world is upside down and spinning round and round.
That sounded critical and it wasn\'t meant to be. I apologize.
What happens in this early season jumble is we get overloaded sensory wise with prospects, preseason hypes and insurmountable opportunities and we sometimes overlook some key information. I know it happens to me all the time - picking Hejduk over Selanne - duh!!
I just think Letang is a very good choice here.
I\'d say Carle...
But if Letang and Enstrom are available, I\'m pretty sure I\'d be picking either over Carle (and I\'ve got him on my team.) Just food for thought.

ha it wasnt my intention to have the fantasy world spin on its head - since ej went down ive been rackin my brain and had to cut the \"list\" down - i do suppose letang meets all the criteria im lookin for in a pick up...but do i dare say that i was less then impressed w/ him last year ( not that carle was all that immpressive last year )- i know hes just a baby and has a great opportunity this year but somethin tells me to go in a different direction - the real motive behind my post was opinions on yandle... i just have a man crush on yandle...maybe im crazy but i think hes got mike green break out potential as early as this year ( pretty much i was hopin to hear some ringin endorsements on yandle...so maybe i wouldnt think im so crazy ) - again take that w/ a grain a salt as before last year i had thought that all mike richards would ever be was a fringe fantasy player...more valuable in real life then fantasy

Well for me being respectful is a real key to the Dobber culture and I feel like I crossed a line that I never want to cross.
I had a problem with a quote that ended up like yours last week and still not sure what I did wrong, but the thing I still can\'t do is put a link in one little button - I am hoping someone takes the time to teach me soon - long links sure can screw up threads.
By the way - I am a Carle fan - I do however think he has a bit of a development curve ahead of him. I think Letang\'s ass is in the fire now and he is up to it. Can\'t be bad looking up Crosby and Malkin\'s bums and having Fleury look up yours.
