Still a no for me.. E is better than J - but it's still Nash & Nelson (Neither I'll draft or roster) for Avidsson & Namestnikov (two I'd hunt to get on my team at a high cost)

It's a bad trade.
Namestnikov is the best current producer by far with his deployment and that doesn't look like it's going to change.
Arvidsson has started slower but shoots a ton and plays on one of the most dynamic scoring lines in the league.
The 3rd best player is E Staal and is well past his prime. 60 points will be a big stretch this season.
The other players involved aren't really worth talking about at this stage in their careers and have little to no fantasy relevance.
To boot its a keeper league and you're giving up younger players coming into their prime for older has been fantasy vets.
Don't do it. Or hopefully you haven't already done it. If you have, live and learn. It's only fantasy hockey.

I do have to agree with others; this is not a great trade for your team. Nash and EStaal are both declining hard while guys like Namestnikov and Arvidsson are going the other way.
