I wouldn't. Stacking can be a decent strategy when dealing with truly elite fantasy options at their position (think Brady/Moss back when; Stafford/Calvin a few years ago; etc.). The downside of course, is that in an off week for that duo, you've more than likely really left yourself up a creek.
Here, Russell should still serve as your QB1 for the long haul this season over Watson. And now his bye week is in the rear view. At best, you'll be doing a deal that leaves you with a weekly decision headache because you'll want to stack. Maybe it works that week; maybe it doesn't. But in all events, you'll be leaving yourself one Melvin Gordon injury away from a pretty disastrous situation at RB.
