Default Waiver move - who to add. (rep)

    I'm running 4 goalies in a start 2 - 4 bench H2H Dynasty all cats get translated into points. 2.5 G/A 3GWG 2PPP .25 H/BLK/PIM/SOG 3SHG.

My goalies, Andersen, Lundqvist, Hellebuyck, Mason.

    The waiver options I'm considering:

    Andrighetto LW/RW
    or
    Yakapov RW
    or
    Dustin Brown LW/RW

None are super sexy options , but using 1/2 my bench on 2 goalies sucks.

Do I hold the cuffs or run with flexibility and add which one?

I’d probably keep what you have...or if you really want to make a move, Andrighetto!

Don’t have a yak attack or you may spew Brown all in your shorts.

Don"t really like the waiver options, but don't like your goalie situation either. Got to be better options out there. How many teams?

He's got my attention. 20 in 23 since he joined the Aves last year.

Right now if you're adding one I think it has to be Dustin Brown due to the peripherals.

I'm running Crosby, McDavid, Barkov & Rask as C only so I'm limited to LW/RW options. Frolik, Janmark, Cogliano Pominville are also available, Frolik is the only one that makes me even pause, but even then I'm not excited.

    12 teams, 24man roster, 25 prospects

I would consider Brown to rack up peripheral stats until someone else on waivers emerges.

tempting, the concern is 4 hits = 1pt, a goal = 2.5 pts, if his production dries up, he becomes a 2pt per game player, whereas a higher point producer will be 3.5 or more.

The one thing with Brown that makes him appealing is how much a new coach maybe rejuvenating him?

I agree with EB - peripherals will be sustainable even if scoring isn’t

Thanks everyone, I've put in the claim for Brown.

Although my gut is telling me Andrighetto is the better play over the season. Might just nab him on Mon if he's there and run one less prospect in and out for a while. He and Kopitar look great together early.
