I'm huge on Scheifle so I think you have to take this deal. With Quick and Anderson and only a 10-team league, you can grab a third goalie from the WW if you really need one.
Scheifle immediately becomes your #3C. I'd be dangling Getzlaf or Barkov as trade bait to improve on one of Skjei or Fowler after making this deal

On paper it's a good trade, however, I think your real need is another stud d-man. If you can make a second trade to upgrade as 4T2 has stated, then this makes sense. Do have a positional max, 2C, 2LW, etc? Schiefele's a beast but if he's only your 3rd best Center is the move really necessary when there are other areas that need improving? Plus, I personally prefer to have 3 starters in H2H leagues.
