Should have 40 pts this year (45 pts according ton Hockey News) upside 90 pts according to Dobber- I have Hudler on my pool roster and he is headed for my bench. Many describe him as a dark horse.
Don\'t think he classifies as a prospect anymore but what do you think about Jiri Hudler? Is he worth trying to pry him away from another owner, or should a guy just stay away from him?? I know he has alot of talent and is being held back in ice-time from babcock. What should a guy do??
Please help me out. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou everyone. Dobber give me something here..

My keeper squad on this 10 team, no positional requirement league (except 1 goalie and 1 NHL team). Points only: Parise, Kopitar, Hemsky, Brunette, J Staal, Okposo, Doan, Roy, O.Jokinen, Giroux, Krejci, Oshie, Eberle, Little, Filpulla, Steen, Filatov, Hudler, H.Lundqvist, + NHL Team LA.
He\'s worth taking a gamble on. Detroit\'s top six is pretty wide open, and if he produces like last year with a bit more ice-time, he is 40 point forward.
They shoudl definetly have him on the second line this year and try to give him a little bit of power play as well. He deserves a chance consaidering the amount of points he had in such little playing time. Hes worth a try for sure.

I agree, if you can get him on the cheap he\'s worth taking a flyer on. He could pay off big

This is probably the last year you will be able to get him for relatively cheap. If he does good this year his price may skyrocket. If not I don\'t really see any hope for him. His window is closing and I believe he won\'t amount to much. I\'d say pass unless you can pawn off a wannabe prospect like Seteguchi. That guy is going to bomb out!
Now is the time to get him but you need to be prepared to wait until his icetime increases. It may happen this season or it may not happen until next season but whenever it does happen he won\'t come as cheap.

I agree with the above. He\'s going to score but likely not this year and it may be with a different team. I have him in my minor system right now and I can wait another year to bring him up. I followed closely what he was doing last year and was happy to hear good things from Babcock about him so he\'s definitely going to get his shot this year. I think next year will be his breakout though. so if you can stash him for a year or put up with some inconsistency for a year now is the time to get him.
