Default DJ vs Bell at #1

Is there an argument that is going to convince me to draft Bell over DJ?

I'm in an 8 team, PPR league and it has some weird additional scoring settings

    1 point per reception
    1 point per 10 yards
    6 points TD
    2 points for 100 yards
    3 points for 150 yards
    4 points for 200 yards

Which do you like more ? I know I can't really go wrong, especially in a 8 team league, but if every team is going to be stacked, I want every advantage I can get.

Side note: in a 8 team draft, do I want the best QB's ( they also get additional points for throwing more yards), or do I just settle for the Newton-Mariota range?

I'd roll DJ, on the lone basis that the Cards have a much easier run-defence schedule than the Steelers.

Per QB, Just wait until there's a round where you don't really like any pick besides the QB that's dropped. The difference between Rodgers and Mariota is like 4pts/week, and the difference between the WR/RB you can get between those two picks would be more in my eyes. But if you come up to a pick and you only see Rodgers you like, take him. Don't lock yourself into one strategy when heading into the draft.

    DJ for 3 reasons:

    1) better schedule then Bell as mentioned above
    2) Pittsburgh has Antonio Brown who is also a huge playmaker and Arizona doesn't have a receiver like that to steal the ball as much.
    3) the comparison to Faulk and the potential for 1000 rushing 1000 receiving year
    4) Okay, I guess there is 4 reasons.... Bells injury history and the fact that he missed most of the preseason, he might be starting behind the 8 ball a bit.

I prefer Bell. He runs behind one of the best o-lines in the league and has a big role in the passing game. If healthy for a full 15 games (Steelers should be sitting their starters week 17) I think Bell is the #1 fantasy RB come seasons end.
