Advise in keeper league

My team last year finished last out of 14 in a roto, keeper league with salary cap for keepers and start of year rosters. I ended with the following roster:
C: Crosby, Datsyuk, Sakic,
LW: Kozlov, Stillman, Nagy,
RW: Hudler (C/W), Demitra (LW/RW), Cole (LW/RW)
D: Carle, Kronwall, Kubina, Zidlicky
G: Garon, Halak, Khabibulin, Lababera, Bernier

After this years draft and some trades I have this roster:
C: Crosby, Malkin, Horcoff
LW: Higgins, Brunette
RW: Cheechoo, Hudler
D: Zidlicky, Kubina, Kronwall, Carle, Barker
G: Garon, Smith, Halak, Bernier, Rinne

The league has 2C, 2LW, 2RW, 4D, and 2G slots, 5 man bench and 2 IR slots.

Samsonov is still available.... should I grab him and dump Barker? I\'m placing Kronwall on the block to see who I could get for him. But I need to improve my goalie situation but which league this deep I had first pick in the draft Budaj was the best goalie out there with my 1st overall pick and I traded for Smith with Budaj. I think I really need goalie help...

Your goalies do look a little weak Garon/Smith. I think you are carrying too many goalies when you only start 2.

I don\'t know how much time Bernier will see with the big club.

Very solid @ center, pretty weak on both wings though.

What stats do you use? I assume there is a max games for each position since you play roto.

Yes there are max games (82 games/slot, i.e. C: 164, LW: 164, RW: 164, D: 328, G: 164)

Skater stats are: G, A, +/-, PPP, GWG, PIM, SOG
Goalie stats are: W, Sv%, GAA, SHO

You think I should drop Bernier? I always thought he was supposed to be really good in the next year or two. Should I deal Rinne, what about Halak?

Samsonov is a FA should I grab him and drop Barker or Bernier? (Goalies are gold in my league... maybe a bit overvalued even)

I was just offered Niskanen/Prospal for my Horcoff/Kronwall. I know Kronwall is a band-aid boy in training which is why this might be a good deal... but should I push for more?

Well, goalies do seem somewhat important.

Without a farm team of some sort, Bernier would just be taking up a roster spot. That being said, I am not sure if you should just drop him since you held onto him last year. Will someone pick him up?

Stat-wise, I don\'t have much faith in Smith but he could surprise

Garon should do fairly well but again, both are more fitted to be 2nd string goalies.

Rinne should be a solid dark horse and Halak should provide you with quality but limited starts. Halak would be ideal as a 3rd string goalie.

I think I would gamble on Samsonov just cause you need some LWers and you already have 5D.

As for the deal, I am not really against it or for it. I haven\'t been a Kronwall fan for the same reason as you. I think he has more value in real life than in fantasy hockey.
However, Horcoff could be in line for a big season. I may hold out on that trade or maybe ask for more.

Take my advice with a grain of salt though. I haven\'t played a ROTO league in a while.
