Give Byron and a 3rd for Duclair, Points Only? REP Given
Hey all! I know this is a minor trade, but I'm wondering if you think Duclair is a bust, or just had a down year? Arizona looks to have lots of young talent coming up, so does that help or hurt him? Byron was just a WW pickup for me. Is a 25th overall pick in this year's rookie draft worth the chance taken on Duclair?

It's too early to write off the Duke as a bust...but there are a plethora of young ARZ forwards chomping at the bit to get top-6 icetime. Duclair's path to success might not be on this team.
With that in mind, I think I'd keep the pick to be honest. You're gambling either way but I think the pick might be the safer player.

Thanks! REP given. I did the trade. Byron was probably a drop for me soon anyways, and Duclair still has a chance to break out. If not, I'm not losing too much.

I'd take my chances with Duclair. Byron's upside is limited so if you swing and miss just go back to the wire and pick up the next Byron.

Good move! I like Byron but I think his fantasy output was maxed out last year. Meanwhile, I feel Duclair should bounce back.
