I think it went pretty smoothly, maybe a week or so? Yahoo opened fantasy baseball a lot earlier last year so it wouldn't hurt to be proactive and get a roll call going to make sure all 10 managers plan on returning and if not, it'll give us some time to fill some spots if need be.

I think the big one was minimum innings pitched. My semi-final opponent lost the matchup because the minimum was too high.

10 team and big rosters should give ample chance to reach that minimum.

It was too high for teams trying to only run RP... but its all matter of perspective.

every Baseball league the IP limits have been a discussion point... so if anyone ever finds the limit that works for every GM... please let me know!

I personally was fine with the limit, I reached it every week of the season. I just remember there being a few complaints that it was too high.

My keeper league has a higher IP limit and we reach it easily. People were just running too many RPs and not managing their pitching to the league. They were managing to the stats.

It's like having min 4 starts for goalies and people saying they don't like the minimum when running 2 goalies so they can have more players.

It was just odd this yr because the ball was juiced and randomly a star pitcher would get lit up, but randomly that star would go lights out and you'd try and maintain your low ERA by using RPs. I think.

Thats a great comment! They were trying to ensure a win in ERA... but that is hard to do if you have IP limit... I could win ERA every week if I I only had to have 1 IP. I like your comment a lot.

I'm so well educated with my 3yrs (going on 4) of fantasy baseball! I'm all knowing!!!!!!!!!!

If we go to a weekly lock league, just be aware the way pitchers hit 10DL last yr, weekly lock, and people already having a tough time hitting IP limits....it'll just get harder.

Yes I already regret saying that....just rememeber it came up last year. You're right though.....it would be annoying as hell.
