Is this deal worth it for me? I have both Benn and Seguin which is a great pair to have. My Defence is weak with Keith, Jones, and Werenski so Shattenkirk would be a nice upgrade- though he has notoriously been a crappy 2nd half player.

I love Ehlers but this is not a good trade for you. I find it hard to believe you can't get a better package in a deal for Benn than this. Simply not enough coming your way here, even when we look at the difference between Shattenkirk and Jones.

This is not even close for me.
Benn is a top end fantasy talent and has big name value attached. And Jones is a great young piece. Not even close.
