just curious, it says nothing about the prospect draft being limited only to nhl drafted players, this leads me to ask whether Tavares has already been taken or is he simply ineligible. If he\'s still available that\'s a huge piece to slip through the cracks.

Basically NHL signed w/ less than 10 NHL games. Just so we have a finite draft pool that\'s reasonably possible to scout for.
