What the Faulk?
Anyone else wondering what to do with this guy? So disappointing. I have some options on the WW. Should I be more patient or is it time to give up on Faulk in a 1-year limited keeper? Team and cats are in my signature. Please help!

I think Faulk is just in a funk. That said it may be an extended one. In a one year league I would at least consider picking up someone else. OEL left last nights game with an injury. If you decide to drop Faulk I would rush to pick up Deangelo before someone else does. If you missed him, I would go Parayko, Rielly or Hamilton.

I'm trying really hard to remain patient with him. The encouraging thing is that his peripherals are all there...the shots, the hits, the blocks, etc. Understandably he isn't as valuable in your league because it doesn't count shots but I'm gonna personally wait it out another week or two and see if he catches fire.

I just traded tyler Johnson for him with the belief he and the entire Canes team have been in a funk to date. He screams 50pt break out Dman... That's the hope and since I just got him, I can line him up next to Klingberg and cross my fingers they break out together.

If continues his pace before this season (almost 0.5), that's a 37 point season total. I'd hold on, Carolina's young and figuring things out. Think he can get a 40 point season for sure with a little more luck

I would drop Forbort for one of them thofh...

I answered your question without a full look at your roster or the list in comparison to... thanks Sulla for the tip off to do so...
I would def. drop Forbert for Parayko, lots more upside, more shots and you're only losing some PIM. or even Hamilton, both are 40+pt dmen and Forbert is a 20ish.

While I don't disagree that Forbort isn't a points guy, that isn't why I have him on my roster. He is my go to Hit/Block guy. We don't count SOG in this pool. I was considering dropping Forbort for MDZ, but someone just snagged him.
Thanks everyone for your thoughts so far. I might just hold on a bit longer. So frustrating...
