Hossa S.Koivu for Nash Toews

Which side wins in a keeper league that has rosters of 24 but you keep only 11-13 players.

i think within a year or two, hossa and nash will have comparable numbers - and off the top of my head, i think nash is about 5 years younger.

assuming those two are within the same range points-wise, it leads to a direct comparison between toews and saku koivu...not even close.

i\'d side with nash/toews on this one.

Dunno, this seems pretty close to me. Hossa is by far the best player. He proven he can put up 90+ point season while Nash has the potential, he has not really come close yet.

I think the big difference here is between Koivu and Toews. Maybe this season and next, they will be close but Toews will soon enough be outscoring Koivu.

Now add that to the fact both Nash/Toews are much younger, I would take Nash/Toews.

I can compare them but I wonder what your keeper situation is. I think Hossa, Nash and Toews are all legitimate keepers in most leagues while Koivu really isn\'t, but if a guy couldn\'t hold both Nash and Toews I would go with the Hossa side. The trade potential of course increases hy getting that side.

Nash is a long way from being comparable to Hossa just yet.

I think talent-wise, Nash is closer to Hossa than Koivu is to Toews.
