Radulov for Osgood??

I have Radulov and am trying to win this year. As you can see my team(in sig) is very talented and only lost out to 1st place last year because I started to make trades at New Years.

Not sure when or if Radulov is coming back, but the thing is our cap is 110$ and Osgood is getting paied 11$ and im at 88$. I can afford him and drop other player but is Osgood worth getting?

I have Conklin as a back-up so its not as much of a risk.

in my opinion anything for radulov would be worth it, unless you are willing to be patient and wait for him. Personally i am frustrated with him, and would take any other player in the league but him.

It seems like while his return this year is doubtful, that down the road he will be back in the NHL. If you are willing to wait on him another season then you will have another stud offensive beast. On top of that, lol, i think broduer and luongo have your crease covered.
Out of curiosity, what was the #1 team? cause in 12 person league, yours should be cleaning house every season.

How he beat me I\'ll never know :S Try my best not to make that happen again.

I think I\'ll make the trade and take the salary hit, I cant have a guy like radulov sitting on the bench wasting a roster spot.

So in a points league do you have max games per position? How many goalies do you start?

Start two every night and no max points, thats the beauty of having more goalies.

Take a look at this file and see if you would reasonably expect to get in enough games with the addition of Osgood to make this worth your while - it shows the number of nights that each team plays games on the same night as other teams.

I honestly think that Osgood will be wasting a roster spot as well. You have really good goalies, if I were you I wouldn\'t trade Radulov for Osgood. Osgood isn\'t even a good goalie just plays for the right team. A team who wouldn\'t care about dropping him for someone a lot better!!!
