Hi,
I am in a one year yahoo fantasy league with my teammates in hockey team.
And, yesterday pretty much all my players are gone...
Stamkos seemed pretty serious, Gaudreau and Hall had surgery, no idea on Pasta, and thank god Duchene and Rinne might comeback soon
Is this even possible? I have no idea what I should do with those long term injured guys when I still have Eichel on IR.
Never had this many players gone at the same time.
I need some advise on this, really desperate.

Welcome to the forums!
Depends what kind of position you're in, and also on your league and settings. If you're high enough in the standings, then you may be able to push through it.
If you're low, and it's a 1 year league, you may be able to try and get a struggling guy for Stamkos or Gaudreau, so you have a warm body, but the other manager sees it as an upgrade down the line. That works better though in a H2H league. If you could let us know what your league settings are we may be able to be of more help.
Just don't drop them straight up, as someone will pick them up right away.

I just updated my league settings on my profile.
Pretty much half of my players have injuries and I can't even drop Stamkos and Gaudreau right now.
I replaced Hall with Drouin today.
