Loui Eriksson - buy low/waiver wire worth a punt?

Eriksson is obviously not doing well. He's on my FA. I just picked up Stepan but I like that Eriksson blocks the odd shot and could, at some point, maybe develop something with the Sedin? Anyone think he's worth an add with Stepan being dropped?

I presume this is not the league in your signature (which if it was I would drop Ribeiro for him)

As for dropping Stepan for Eriksson, I would make this move. Stepan usually misses a handful of games... so if you can get someone that might bounce-back while playing with Sedins... worth it!

I like that you referred to him as playing with THE SEDIN! So much better than The Twins or any plural version of them. This will be my new go-to when making reference to THE SEDIN - I'm aware it was a typo

I'd like to know if there's a better drop option than Stepan though, Not sure I really like the idea of dropping a 60pt player just to add a couple blocked shots.

I covered Eriksson in my cage match this week - you can reach it via the link in my signature. Do not drop him for Stepan, who I happened to cover in the same column two weeks ago.

Yikes, sorry I didn't realize my signature was so out of date. It is updated. I had a horrible, technical difficulties half-auto draft
I'm still unconvinced on Stepan - he had a good night last night, but he was on my bench. I have a hard time fielding him, the NYR schedule doesn't do much for me. I think Eriksson will pick it up but with more than ten percent of the season gone it might take Desjardins getting canned to do so.
