Looks like he\'s getting a habit of being injured

RALEIGH, NC—Jim Rutherford, President and General Manager of the National Hockey League’s Carolina Hurricanes, announced today that right wing Justin Williams will have surgery this week to repair a torn right Achilles tendon. Williams suffered the injury on Wednesday morning and is expected to be out for four to six months.

For those still drafting, keep an eye on it He may be worth picking up very very late in the draft if you can wait most of the season for him.

yeah I saw this earlier, I got burned with him last year so I shied away from him this time round and I\'m glad I did. He\'s a great player when healthy though

Well it looks like Corvo is going to have to score some more goals from the back-end.

This opens up a spot on the top line with Staal and Whitney. Not sure who out of Samsonov, Eaves, or Ruutu will be the lucky one. I\'m thinking Sammy though.

2nd line will be Brindy, Eaves, and Ruutu

Sammy is LW, Eaves is RW so you are more likely to see Eaves on the top line than Sammy. Ruutu might make it up there as well, or maybe even Cullen, so they can put Sutter on as 3rd line C. But I would be surprised if this isn\'t addressed via either trade or a serious youth infusion like Bowman, as this is too big of a hole to play with all season.

chic, i drafted williams in a league where my team is sketchy anyway. i\'m contemplating giving this season up and trying to get 2009 1st round entry picks. sucky..
