    I think if this was last season I'd say Gardiner and Spurgeon were neck and neck; but with Toronto likely to score considerably more goals in 2016-17 and Minnesota likely to produce similar to last season, I'll take Gardiner since the rising tide of the Toronto offense will raise all boats, including Gardiner's.
