Default Calling all MS Excel experts!

Need help setting something up, i'll try and explain it as simple as I can.

I have a database on Sheet1 and these are the columns:
    A: Name (Joe)
    B: Age (25)
    C: Number (800-855-8888)
    D: Rep (Sarah)

I have hundreds of rows of data.

I want to be able to have this data automatically populate into Sheet2 in a specific way. I want A, B and C (IF Sarah is the rep in D) to be grouped together.
However, I am adding new data in Sheet1 every week and want to be able to re-sort column A alphabetically.

If I put SARAH next to joe, jim, john, fred and bob I want all of those guys to show up under SARAH's name.

I have 15 different 'reps' and want them each to be on their own 8.5 x 11 page on sheet2, not on different sheets as I want to be able to print the 15 pages for the reps at once.

Hope this makes sense, is this even possible?

Would a pivot table not work for this?

It would be good to keep all the data together but I want SARAH's contacts to end up in rows 1-20 for example, Johns to end up in row 21-40, Jims to end up in 41-60.
Is that possible with pivot tables?

Hmm maybe not, sorry not sure how you'd achieve that.

Ok, well I can help you with Macro’s that could help you out, but I think it would make it more difficult than it needs to be. It’s pretty cool tho.

Couldn't you just sort table 4 by name? So that way all the Sarahs go together quite easily. That way, every time you add a new name, you simply sort like that again and it all appears together under Sarah's name.

You then select all the column A people under Sarah's name (and her name only), and sort them by name. Voila. Alphabetical by column 4 and then by column 1.

As for different sheets, you'll probably just need to add extra blank columns to bump the next list down, I would think.

Writer of the weekly Top 10 column.

12-team Keeper pool, straight points for forwards & dmen. Goalies get: 2 points per win, 3 per shutout, 1 point per assist & 1 point per shootout loss.

    League champ in 2013, 2015, 2018, 2020 and 2022.

Top 8 forwards, 5 dmen and 2 goalies count.

We keep 15 players (any position) plus two rookies.

Forwards: Panarin, Ovechkin, Kopitar, Stamkos, Tuch, Rust, Marchessault, Pavelski, Miller, Bertuzzi, Stone, Kakko, Brown, Stankoven, Kovalenko
Defence: Hedman, Fox, Matheson, Thrun, Jiricek
Goalies: Kochetkov, Talbot, Vasilevskiy, Campbell, Schmid

Yeah what the guy above said, select the entire table and sort by column D, then select the entries for each rep (so 4 blocks) and sort those individually

Yeah I can easily sort by column D but then I have one massive list.

Was hoping I could add 5 names to sheet 1 and have them sort themselves under the column D headings on sheet2.
may be too much for MS excel
