Highest Ceiling?

Hey all, first time poster here!

Upcoming draft, can fill 4 prospect slots. I would like to get everyone's opinion on who the top 15-20 prospects are in order of highest ceiling; regardless to how close the are to the NHL. Just pure highest ceiling points wise.

Prospects already owned: Puljujarvi, Matthews, Laine, Goldobin, Dal Colle, Ho-Sang, Dvorak, Mantha, Marner, Strome, Buchenevich, Morrissey, Bowey, Svechnikov, Sprong, Meier.
