I think Kontiola\'s offensive skill is supposed to be at a higher level... but Bollands 2-way game may appear more valuable to chicago at this time. I like Kontiola\'s chances though, and I think he was one of the reasons Chicago felt comfortable moving Lang...

They will play the guy that has EMT training - he has to play with Havlat. I doubt you will see a definitive centre there in the early going - they will try out some different looks to see what is right.

I think while Coach Savard will obviously look at finding the best candidate to play with Havlat, that won\'t work, as Havlat will be out in the first few weeks of the season, or atleast his injury history would have us believe. I think Kontiola has a higher skill set, and that Bolland is a better 2 way guy, which makes the choice a little more clear to me. A strong 2 way guy, with some vision, Bolland makes the most sense on the 3rd line, to be responsible, and also chip in with offence.

Get Beach in there and let him kick the crap out of everyone. Good protection for their stars like Toews, Kane and Havlat. I know that won\'t happen, but if he cleans up his act he could be very dangerous on this team. Maybe Kontiola this year, but watch out for this kid

Yeah I agree with you guys... They\'ll try many options there, but in the end, I see more Kontiola than Bolland there.

Both Bolland and Kontiola aquitted themselves well in Chicago last season. Both of them play a solid two-way game. The big differences are that Kontiola is a sick, sick, sick passer and Bolland is more physical and good but not great at everything. I think they\'ll end up in a 2A/2B setup.
That\'s why I did a 2-for-1 trade yesterday to dump Tlusty and Lee to pick up Backlund and then add Kontiola with the freed up roster spot, so now I have both Bolland and Kontiola on my keeper team. Feels pretty good
