I'll go with Perron. I'm a believer in his upside.
For the team in my signature.
Sorry to bug you again with this, as it's not the first time I've asked if I should replace Guryanov...
Would you rather have one of these over Gury?
M.Reilly (MIN)
H.Fasching (BUF)
F.Perron (OTT)
The first two have a shorter wait time, though Fasching might be better for multicat than points only and Perron has intrigued me a bit even if he needs to bulk up.
Also hearing good things about P.Myers (PHI) and he's also available... (but also looks to be a couple of years off)
Any insight?

(No I don't have a hockey problem...)
I'd keep Guryanov.
Another keep Guryanov for me...
Experience is the teacher of all things.
I think at this point, it's too early to really know who is the smarter choice but I'd probably stick with Guryanov as well.

I have this gut feeling that Guryanov will be a bust. Just not hearing anything exceptional about him besides "flashes of brilliance", so I would strongly consider Perron over him.
Fasching may never make the top two lines in Buffalo by virtue of the fact that he has so much talented competition ahead of him on the Sabres depth chart.

Ok, so most of you are suggesting to keep Guryanov, but what about Walman? Would you drop him for one of the players I listed?
(For the record, I wasn't really entertaining the idea of dropping Walman, just double-checking with you guys)
On a fantasy hockey break.
nope - I like Walman and the hype train is gradually catching up to him
Experience is the teacher of all things.
i'd drop guryanov for perron. and i'd keep walman.
perron is getting better and better, guryanov is getting worse and worse since he was drafted (and he was a late riser in his draft year, so it's not like he had been lighting it up for so long when he was drafted).
before guryanov, the last time the stars drafted a russian early in the first round was, uh, somebody remind me......... didn't go so well, didn't it! i have a feeling this one ends up the same, just minus the awesome rookie season.

Drop Guryanov and take Perron. Plus Guryanov could bolt to KHL if not happy with his time usage in the NHL. ...never know.
