A former champion has to go, and a strong (but older) team is up for grabs.

Entrance is $60. Winner gets $500 and there are prizes for 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and every playoff team gets at least $30. Plus there is a prize to the team with the worst luck. (most points against and misses playoffs)
The positions are well balanced, with defenseman more important than most leagues (and blocked shots and hits being counted for them, and only them)
Shots are weighted more heavily than most leagues as well.
There is an upcoming entry draft in which you will be picking in the top dozen or so picks.
Then there is a "free agency" period where you can steal a player from another team (and have one stolen yourself)
It's on CBS and is a H2H league.
The league is tons of fun and active- with yearly write-ups and previews done by the members of this longtime established league.
