It's a start 1 QB league so I just need a starter. I did just draft Goff but he's not the starter yet.
Probably just going to have play the waiver wire week to week.

My team is in a bit of a rebuild anyway so this isn't the worse thing that could happen.

That folks could be all she wrote, mind you I hope for his sake it isn't. However his long term prognosis shakes out 2016 is over for him.
If you don't follow @ProFootballDoc, you should. He's amazing. That said, he's confirmed this is in no way a career ending injury. Long recovery though.

That it's not career threatening is at least some good news. From the descriptions it sounded eerily similar to Marcus Lattimore's injury.

His style has to change 100% tho. This could easily turn into an RG3 knee. They have to take time coming back, and he’s got to change his style a bit. He’s not as run happy as RG3, but you saw him destroy that defenders ankles with a juke this week, he can’t lean on his mobility as much. But at the same time, he can’t baby it.

Sanchez isn’t a great match with the Vikings style of offense. Shaun Hill has done this before tho, named week 1 starter after Bradford blew his ACL in the 3rd preseason game in 2014. The 3rd string they cut yesterday is flying back and if he clears waivers (likely will) he’s resigning with the Vikings.

I dont think Sanchez is a great match with any offense at this point. He is the bottom of the barrel. He looks like a guy who has lost all confidence on the field but is still willing to cash a team's paycheck.

Is Mike Glennon really really really good at handing the ball off?

Mike Glennon is better than probably 10 starters in the NFL right now. And you're underselling Minnesota's passing offense.

Poor guy. I spent a few days on crutches in June with an injury not nearly as bad as this one and I hated every minute. Makes the simplest things such a chore and I had to re-learn how to walk properly. Can't even imagine what this will be like...

    Leg injuries suck!

    Sucks.

Sounds as cringe worthy if not worse than the Joe Theismann injury that nearly made me blow chunks years ago.

Someone popped their Achilles in a preseason game and you can see it through his socks the second it pops (violently). That was cringe worthy. This would be different seeing i think. it was during non contact drills
