I'd do it, and use your pick to take okposo to replace spooner or Perron
I've been offered Zibanejad for my Ceci, and I can't seem to decide on this one. If you check out my signature, you'l see that I am short of a C, but if Mika only puts up around 55 points, I can probably fill that in the draft. I doubt I get one of the top C available, but I do stand a chance of landing Krejci. This is how I have the first round ranked:
Stamkos-Price-Carlson-Backstrom (c)-Byfuglien-Yandle-Letang--Krejci-Muzzin-Okposo-McDonough-Lindholm-Krug-Oshie-Leddy
I pick 6th, so by my ranking, I would be grabbing him 2 spots early. But it could still be close. I like the wings on NYR, so it could work out anyway. What do you thimk?

Ok you may be able to draft a 60 point forward... But what is Ceci bringing to the table for you right now?
Experience is the teacher of all things.
If you're picking 6th then you should get one of Buff, Carlson or Letang (Backstrom unlikely to still be there, but possible).
No way I let one of those 3 D go by me, so I would take Zibs, and then draft the D that falls to you.

(No I don't have a hockey problem...)
I would absolutely make this swap. I see a lot more future for Zib than Ceci right now. Zib is primed for a good season in NY. Then use your 6th pick on one of the stud Dmen that you mentioned.
I'd take Zibanejad.

I take Zibby. I also see if you can trade up a few spots in the draft.
Do the deal, and use that 6th pick to upgrade massively on Ceci on the blueline or draft a faller. The talent in the draft drops off heavily after that 7th spot, and 4 of them are defender, so you will either:
1. Have top notch defenders sitting there at 6 to choose from, or
2. Get to take one of Price, Stamkos, or Backstrom.
Do not let Cody Ceci stop you from that end result, and have you reach badly for a positional need.
If you are going to try and trade, acquiring the 7th pick would be a great idea, if you could deal later picks and keep #6.
