Thanks. I haven't done yahoo in awhile, and one year leagues...so there will be a bit of catching up.

I looked through the message thread quickly, but didn't see any thread with general rules? (i.e. based on the draft picks, it looks like draft picks in trades must balance out?) I just don't know if here is one key thread I should be reading?

And for whatever it's worth I updated my trading block for anyone who wants to upgrade at goalie.

Yes, draft picks must balance out. That is a forced rule by Yahoo. You are only allowed to trade draft picks for the upcoming season. Cannot trade picks that are two or more years away. All trade must be players, picks or both. No future considerations. And as you know, picks in rounds 1-11 are reserved for keepers and cannot be traded.

Maybe post that link in this thread as well. It won't be long before yahoo doesn't allow access to their fantasy hockey game for the summer. Once the draft lottery is complete I will post on here and in e-mail along with the link too.

I didn't put it in the thread since the ability to edit our trade blocks is open to anyone with the link. So I didn't want to have random people coming in from the forums and finding out that they could edit our trade blocks with whatever madness can be thought up.

Decided to put it at the bottom of the first post. If we have issues with it, I can remove it later.

As discussed in the Yahoo League Chat, there will be a three team mini-league to determine this year's champion. Because Arnie's Army bailed on us and Storm's-a-Bruin also finished 1st place in the regular season, he will earn a bye to the finals. The other semi-final between Mystery Alaska and P.tkachughes! will be played from scratch, starting with a 0-0 scoreline. It is yet to be decided if these match-ups will be 1 or 2 weeks. Once Yahoo opens it's fantasy hockey game for next season, we will make this decision with myself, Eskimo Brother and the three remaining managers. We will also make a decision on add/drops etc. Each roster will be assembled with how they were left when the NHL pause began. Some teams may have to drop a few players to get in the 24 man roster limit due to other players that were on IR during the NHL pause.

    ROSTERS FOR THE MINI-LEAGUE

You would have picked 5th or 6th if we finished the consolation bracket. So a nice little win for you. I dropped down to as low as I could unfortunately.

Your keepers are stacked though, so you'll be fine

Shoot I just saw this. Good point. Although I think we’d be okay. I also noticed we can only edit our trade blocks and not rosters or picks anyways.

Yeah it's set for just me to be able to edit everything. With only having to edit trades through the offseason it shouldn't be too much work to keep on top of.
