No one in particular. Just hadn't seen a post go up and was putting it out there in case someone reading the league page was interested

I’ve already made myself a list of 5 potential trades, once the NHL catches up to “my“ timetable... I’ll accept unconditional surrender any time. LOL

Thanks for joining. You’ll find this League to be a lot of fun. And as I said, this league has the perfect set up for a quick one year rebuild. The team you took over was last place two seasons ago and then finished second. Sold off all his picks but you should be able to recoup some of those this offseason. And you have a solid foundation of keepers to work with.

    Some quick league news....

Now that we have successfully filled both team vacancies and Yahoo has stated that the fantasy season is officially over, we can move towards our off-season.

It has been decided that the three remaining semi-finalists will compete in a mini-league next season to determine this year's champion. Storm's-a-Bruin has earned a bye to the finals on account of Arnie's Army pulling the plug.

As far as determining next season's draft order goes, we will keep it simple and have two separate unweighted draft lotteries. One for all non-playoff teams and another for play-off teams.

I would like to avoid any further flip-flopping on these decisions and made these decisions based on league feedback. Once you see this, can you please confirm in the Yahoo league chat please? Once we have a majority okay with this, we can move forward to the off-season, complete the unweighted draft lotteries, and open up off-season trading.

    Thanks guys.

Also, to eliminate any collusion theory, I will complete the play-off teams draft lottery and I will ask a play-off team manager to complete the non-playoff team’s draft lottery.

...aaand yet you need one more. Flying Frenchman’s adieu on the Yahoo message board. And he finished 3rd, further confusing playoff structure.

My only other input, Dave, is that if I (or others) can’t trust League Commish to fairly run a draft lottery, wow. Have there ever been such issues? Fervently hope not !!

Never had an issue in this league but have had guys quit in another league because they didn’t like the lottery results. True story.

Flying Frenchmen was eliminated from the playoffs so that won’t change anything.

    Question on keepers.

    It's 6F, 4D, 1G, 1NA listed player.

But my team doesn't have an NA player, and we have an NA slot. Prior to keepers being selected. Can the new teams pick up an NA player if they don't currently have one?

According to NA Prospect Rules the player must be on your roster and listed as NA at the conclusion of the NHL regular season. So normally the answer would be no but of course there is leeway given to new managers. So if you would like to add an NA player you can go ahead. If yahoo doesn’t allow it, let me know and I will enter it manually.
